GoldMemory (Freeware version) Software License Agreement 
 
This is a legal agreement between you and 
GoldMemory  (Freeware version) Software (Michal Tulacek) 
covering your use of GoldMemory  (Freeware version)  (the "Software").


The GoldMemory (Freeware version)  Software is owned and written 
by Michal Tulacek and is protected by copyright laws and 
international treaty provisions. The Software is copyrighted material. 

 
GoldMemory (Freeware version) is provided as freeware, but only for private,
non-commercial use (that means at home).

For commercial or non-private use of the Software please visit the 
www.goldmemory.cz for more information.


The author retains all title to and ownership of the Software and
reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. 
 
Except to the extent expressly permitted by this Agreement or by the
laws of the jurisdiction where you acquired the Software, you
may not use, copy or modify the Software.
Nor may you sub-license any of your rights under this Agreement. 

You acknowledge that the Software contains trade secrets and other
proprietary information of the author. Except to the extent expressly 
permitted by this Agreement or by the laws of the jurisdiction where 
you are located, you may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise
reverse engineer the Software, or engage in any other activities
to obtain underlying information that is not visible to the user in 
connection with normal use of the Software.
In any event, you will notify the author of any information derived
from reverse engineering or such other activities, and the results
thereof will constitute the confidential information of the author
that may be used only in connection with the Software.

Limited warranty: 

The Software and documentation are "as is" without any warranty as to 
their  performance, merchant ability or fitness for any particular 
purpose. The licensee assumes the entire risk as to the quality and 
performance of the Software.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT
YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS,
DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE
USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
